Why Choose Sunshine Riding Trails?

Horses are assigned based on the rider’s experience level. Let your guide know how comfortable you are on your horse. We have some horses who like to get up and go and we have some who aren’t in any particular hurry to get anywhere. Your ride can be as relaxing or exhilarating as you’d like it to be!

We have taken several people who have never even seen a horse in person before so don’t worry if you don’t have any prior horse experience.

All of our horses are members of our family. They have individual personalities and are very motivated by treats. Most of our herd are Tennessee Walking horses . They are known as a gaited breed which means they move a little different than your average  trail horse. They are smoother and don’t have as much bounce when given the correct commands. We will ensure your comfort and safety while riding by spending time with you and your horse before heading out on the trail.
